Great Room
The dramatic, tumbled marble ground level Colonnade entrance has
a secured doorway with a
convenient elevator or stair access to the second floor. Unit 14 has a large living and dining area with
an open kitchen and vaulted ceilings. The
 entry hall has tumbled marble
flooring and there is random
plank hardwood flooring in the kitchen
and Great Room. The Great
Room includes a large screen television, and DVD player connected to a Dolby surround sound system. The Great Room also

of Baldy Mountain.
 The
gourmet kitchen features shaker style custom Alderwood cabinetry and granite slab
island counter tops.
The gas range is a Professional Series Thermador six burner range with the oven
in a stainless steel finish. The KitchenAid side-by-side professional
refrigerator, microwave, and Bosch ultra-quiet dishwasher have also been
completed in a stainless steel finish. Unit 14 provides easy,
convenient walking distance to all of Ketchum's fine stores, services, art
galleries, and restaurants with public transportation to either Dollar or Baldy
Mountain. The unit includes an eleven by twenty-four
foot individual enclosed and heated garage for your convenience. The
heated garage also has ski racks for ski storage and is ideal for ski boot
drying and overnight storage. A bench is provided to ease the task of
donning your boots before a hard day of skiing! The
Colonnade also features exterior heated public sidewalks, visitor parking and
driveways at each garage entrance.
